Carova – Day 2

Tuesday started with wild horses on the dunes. I spent about 20 minutes watching them and taking some pictures. I couldn’t really get a good angle without getting closer than you’re supposed to get. This is the group of horses. The stallion is the black on the far left.

Later in the morning, it started to rain. By the middle of the afternoon, it was storming. I went down to the water (actually the walkway that goes over the dunes). The wind was so strong it had blown the beach smooth and was whipping the loose sand all over the place. It was amazing (the video is best viewed without sound).

The storm began to blow out as it came to sunset. The light was really dramatic then.

The day ended with an amazing sunset!
