V-22 and Chinook (and Trail Rides)

Fridays are my day off, so I went out to Patience’s pretty late. As I was leaving town (at Pantops), I saw a Chinook, which I thought was pretty cool. It was way up in the sky, but ever since I lived in Missouri I love watching “non-normal” flying vehicles. I thought that was pretty cool, but it was only the beginning. On my way back into town, I saw a V-22. I’ve never seen one of those in real life and I thought I’d never even seen one in a movie, but apparently there was one in Transformers. Anyway, I guess it was getting ready to land because it was in the helicopter mode. That was really cool!

I went to the barn kind of late this morning. I didn’t really expect to get to ride because I was so late, but I took my riding stuff anyway. But Patience wanted Tara to take Rion out on a trail ride (out to Southern Cross) and she asked if I would ride Moo and go along with them. Tanya rode him in the ring first and gave him a little exercise, but we still had a good time. Rion was being silly and even tried to bite Moo once, he got bopped and was done. It was a really nice diversion from homework.

But now I’m back in town again. I’m supposed to be doing homework, but I’m a pretty good procrastinator, huh?
